Exterior job complete ! On this job we had to break out the 40ft ladder! We recoated the house using similar colors and gave it a fresh new look! We started off brushing and rolling it but had to pivot because the sun was making it dry too fast causing it to leave lines and brush marks! So we but a fresh spray coat on it to give it a cohesive finish! This project took 5 days to complete!

Products used on this job were an exterior SuperPaint satin finish with SW 7734 olive grove for the siding

Trim was completed using a SuperPaint gloss extra white base

Doors were done using an SW tricorn black

On this project we did some work on both the interior and exterior. Interior work consisted of removing wallpaper in the kitchen foyer dining room and bathroom! This is not an easy process and the what if factor is whats behind the walls.
Luckily this one was not too bad but still had several spots that we had to mud.

Kitchen work consisted of removing wallpaper
Repainting the cabinets
Painting the walls trim doors and ceilings

Dining room consisted of removing wallpaper
Painting walls trim doors and ceilings

Foyer consisted of removing wallpaper
Painting walls trim doors and ceilings

Hallways consisted of painting walls trim doors and ceilings

Bathroom consisted of removing wallpaper
Painting walls trim door and ceiling

Products used were an Sherwin Williams interior SuperPaint satin custom match for the walls

Sherwin Williams Interior flat Promar ceiling paint for ceilings

Trim cabinets and doors were painted with an Sherwin Williams interior Promar 200 oil base gloss

Exterior work consisted off a full pressure washing and painting all the Shutters and exterior door

Interior work complete! This job consisted of hanging sheetrock where a customer had bees smoked out! I forgot to take a before picture but im very pleased with the results! You cant even tell there was a hole in the ceiling! On this job we did ceilings walls and trim! The ceilings where painted with a promar ceiling paint. Walls were painted using a superpaint satin and the trim was done using an oil base promar semi gloss!

Interior work complete. Lighter colors tend to make a house look more roomy! On this job we used a Benjamin Moore color called Classic Grey for the walls! Ceiling color from Sherwin Williams was called skylight which was the light blue in the dining room! All products used on this job were in a SuperPaint from Sherwin Williams! This was a new construction log cabin job that required a lot of detail as well. Semi transparent staining is a tricky process and not to mention the tape work had to be perfect on this job in order to spray the gables because all trim was stained so not a drop of paint could get on the trim as well!

Please add removing wallpaper to the list of things Eiler Painting can do! Complete removal of wallpaper done to two bath rooms! A lot of prep work goes along with removing wall paper because the what if factor on what the actual walls look like underneath but as long as you prep it up right you can never even tell the wall paper was there!
