Before and after deck project. This deck was in unsafe conditions and hasn’t been used in quite a while. Primm’s Home Services came in and reconfigured the deck layout to have the steps placed on the other side to eliminate the steep stairs that they had been climbing up and down for years. Some projects require permits. Without one, chances are your project will not be considered part of your home’s value. Especially if you decide to sell it. Being a contractor, and a realtor I have seen projects that looked really good, but was not permitted, as well some projects that was poorly done and was not permitted. In either case, a inspection from codes would have allowed the project to continue or not continue. If everything passes, it will be properly updated.

Primm’s Home Service’s made the back of this house clean and neat, just by installing a deck, taking down an old chimney, closing off a boarded up window, and installing new siding and gutters. Now people can enjoy being out in the backyard without getting dirt all over their shoes.

Before and after! Decks can become unsafe over a period of time. Aging and Settling can happen, and before you know it, some parts will have to be replaced or repaired. This deck was removed, and a new deck with a Pergola was installed by Primm’s Home Service’s LLC. Customer was very happy!
