Goodmorning everyone!
I have some big news that involves the structure of the company, and I would like to, as the business owner, personally inform all of my current clients of this change that I am about to explain.
Beginning Monday, February 23rd, Home Reimagined Professional Cleaning will officially transition operations to Simply Polished Co., an established and well-run cleaning company based in Wayne County. I will also be transitioning into a cleaning technician role under their company.
Before anything else, I want to personally clear up confusion. If you have heard that Home Reimagined is abruptly shutting down, that is not accurate. I apologize if anything was taken out of context or caused uncertainty. As the owner, it is my responsibility to communicate directly with my clients, and if there were ever a sudden closure, you would hear that from me first.
After careful consideration, I have chosen to step away from ownership and return to working in the field. I originally found my passion for cleaning as a technician, and I’m looking forward to focusing on that again without the administrative demands that come with running a business. Being a business owner carries significant responsibility, and at this stage of life, I’m ready to simplify and serve in a different capacity.
Lately, I have almost completely lost my passion for cleaning and serving others due to the overwhelming burden it is sometimes to run a functional business. And if I am not in the right headspace to do that, I do not want to continue on. It is only fair to my clients and you all deserve consistency, respect, and quality cleans.
I have built this business from the ground up and am so happy of the relationships that I have continued to foster with all of you. And that will continue! I just think that it’s best for me to close Home Reimagined and step into a smaller role so I can find my love for cleaning again. Because cleaning is my life. There’s nothing else I could see myself doing ever! 🙌🏼
I chose Simply Polished Co. intentionally. They are a reputable, well-managed company, and I trust their leadership and standards. I would never transition my clients to just anyone.
Here is what will remain the same:
• Your current pricing
• Your scheduled frequency
• Consistent quality and care
And I will still be the one cleaning your homes, just under a different entity. Although, you may see other technicians that will be new - being this will be a new company overseeing my clientele base.
Also within this transition and the transferring of clientele, I have provided Simply Polished Co. with an extremely detailed client profile for each of you. So all of your preferences, schedules, details of your home, extra services you usually request, etc. has been noted and will be honored even though the company will be new to you.
Meaning, the consistency of your cleans and what you usually expect during and from your cleans will remain. I have made sure of that. I want you all to feel respected and heard.
This transition has been structured to be smooth and professional for everyone involved. I had planned for this to be a three week period of transition as to not pull the rug out from under any of you, but with the message that I have been informed of that some of you have been told false information, I am having to move up the transition date as to not let confusion go on for long at all.
I would never just abandon any of you or make such a drastic change without informing each of you beforehand. Which is why I am 1. making this post and 2. will also be texting each of you personally about this change between today and tomorrow for the sake of respect, transparency, and in case some clients don’t see this post.
