Fence gate replacement! This client was not able to use their gate as a large bulky single door style and it would catch on the ground while opening. So we installed a new double door gate that functions easily and properly while reusing as much of the old hardware as possible!

Rental property punch list! If you are a landlord or property manager feel free to contact us as a one stop shop for all of your turn out or punch list needs to keep your properties maintained!

Punch list for this property:

-Replaced broken exterior door frame and trim
-Repaired moldy spot on wall
-Installed new switch box and light switches
-Diagnosed 3 way light switch issue
-Diagnosed outlets not functioning
-Replaced toilet fill valve and flush handle
-Fixed light fixtures that fell out of the ceiling
-Replaced door k***s and dead bolts
-Replaced shower door with new sliding glass doors
-Repaired garage door frame that was bent, rollers were off track, and installed new spring
