New Project Update 🌊✨

T7 was commissioned by a visionary client to reimagine and modernize a coastal home for a growing family. Thoughtful additions enhance flow and livability, while opening up the interiors to create a stronger connection to the outdoors.

Mature trees were carefully preserved and woven into the site design, grounding the home in its natural setting. Expanded second-floor decks and a tucked-away roof deck create the perfect vantage point for Pacific Ocean sunsets.

A layered, refined material palette brings a fresh, contemporary feel—honoring the original home while elevating it for modern coastal living.

We are thrilled to share our newly finished project along the coast. With this addition and remodel our vision was to create a seamless blend of the timeless elegance of the original beach cottage with contemporary comfort. Progress is being made on a Solana Beach remodel. We recently received approval from the City of Solana Beach city council, and are moving into permitting

A site visit this week to our La Jolla project situated on a slope facing the ocean with 180 degree+ views of the coastline and beyond. We are proud of the progress that has been made with such an incredible team!

Progress on a ground-up coastal project close to San Elijo State Beach with western views. This is a multi-level home which will encompass passive cooling strategies via coastal breezes.

Situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the Solana Vista project opens up to 180 degree ocean views. In addition to a new guest suite, the remodeled kitchen, living and dining spaces are now fully connected with the west facing patio through large sliding doors, making for an easy indoor-outdoor living experience.

Our Clients requested a modern design with metal, glass and wood for their ADU with a connection to the main house. The existing large trees were requested to remain for their natural properties and benefits
