The correct way to turn your staircase into a showcase
1) Sand all surfaces of staircase to remove imperfections

2) use a quality oil-based bonding primer.

3) sand all surfaces of staircase again after primer has dried.

4) caulk all gaps and cracks using quality elastomeric caulk. This is to prevent having the black line shadowing look in your finish.

5) apply first top coat of urethane enamel. Let dry . Sand all surfaces again

6) apply second and final finish coat . Wallah!!!
You now have a beautiful showcase, staircase in your entryway.

How do you get your tired looking Windows, walls, trim, doors, ceilings home excetera looking great again. Call of course. Homeowner thought he had to replace these windows.
So after prep and painting of the interior of the home I said, leave them with me for a few days. Wallah.
