We want you to love your custom made items. We do our best to work with you during the design process! We are always happy to answer any questions along the way. We have 2 types of leather. Faux and authentic leather. Our faux leather is grey. Our authentic leather is hand dyed and sprayed for protection against fading and rain droplets. The hats should be spot cleaned ONLY, never put in washer. R

eturns on custom orders:
No returns or refunds can be accepted on custom made order items. We will work with you during the design process to make sure before laser engraving and cutting, you love what you are getting! Any issues can be addressed if needed. Custom made orders require payment upon order placement. If needed, an receipt can be sent vial email. Because of shipping delays and availibility on some products, custom made orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered. We currently run our business through just facebook. Our goal for 2023 is to start a website!! But right now to place an order, just message us on facebook! We currently accept cash or venmo
