Been behind on posting photos, keep an eye out for updates on this one! Did electrical and frame work on this one so far. Hung and finished drywall in two bedrooms getting ready for finishing touches then onto the kitchen, you’re going to want to watch for kitchen updates for the transformation!

Check out this newly remodel we did in Acosta! It’s a rental unit and there will be two more coming down the road.

-Electrical rewire + all lighting and finishes
-new 1/2” pex water lines throughout
-baseboard heat
-drywall ceilings kitchen an dining plus bedroom and half bath upstairs
-new paint throughout
- entire new kitchen with butcher block countertops
-flooring
-Trim for windows, doors and base
-complete New full bathroom as well
- We also did some basement work, added lighting, painted walls, new water heater, and a few new pieces of duct work to heat the first floor.

This remodel came a long way and turned out wonderful!
