A beautiful laundry room upgrade with a puppy shower for the creature comforts. 12X24 Borgotta porcelain from tile with Silver grout.
We will be doing a couple bedrooms and another bathroom along with custom steps soon.

9 inch octagon Satori porcelain tile with eggshell grout. Dressing up a great customers powder room floor is always a nice upgrade. I can't help but love this tile more and more every time I get to install it.

And that's how it's done folks.
Sanding all of the end seams on the subfloor and rescrewing it all to the floor joist...because no one wants squeaky floors. No one will ever see the work it took to make this installation better than good but that's why I was hired. Have a happy and safe weekend.

It's Mascot Monday here at Y.F.I. This lil cutie is Pebbles and she loves her new heated tile floor.
We installed a linear drain and 12X24 porcelain on all the floors.
4X4 handmade tiles on the walls with Ash grout. The granite ledges and bench really brought it all together. Many thanks to the fine folks Top Notch Flooring for such high quality materials and great customer service.
