These are truly custom doors and drawer fronts... made of white oak plywood, with custom-cut 1 inch by 1 inch molding, miter cut to fit on each piece. They are an example of how we take our time to make sure that the measurements are precise and the job is done right.

After the doors and drawer fronts were put together, they were routed, sanded, stained, and sprayed with sealer, then conversion varnish. We stained the flat panels and sealed them, before the molding was attached, so there wouldn't be stain streaks or glue spots that didn't stain well in the corners. The result was a smooth coat of even color and beautiful 45 degree cuts at the corners.

These pieces will go on a custom vanity, which we will reveal next week, as it's installed in a bathroom remodel.

Another project finished! Solid walnut doors/drawer fronts, with horizontal grain for a modern look. Interiors are walnut plywood, with solid walnut, dovetail drawers and undermount soft-close slides. We used a satin sheen conversion varnish... no stain, just the beauty of the natural wood. We worked with Howell Enterprises to create a bathroom remodel as unique and creative as the home owner's dream!

Cherry cabinets with raised panel doors, recently installed. The smaller vanity is in the hall bath. The longer vanity is in the master bath (which will have a new light fixture and mirrors when finished). Both were designed to the home owner's specifications as they remodeled, and minor adjustments were made, even as we designed, built, and installed. For example, we lowered the cabinets above the toilets to a comfortable height for them, and we made the center drawer in the master a specific depth to fit her hair care products.
We are truly a CUSTOM cabinet shop.🙂
