Loving this new collection. The images of the color of Dream do not do it enough justice.

People have been asking why we’re moving and why we’re having such a significant moving sale.

The truth is simple: we love this atelier. It has been our workspace, our cutting room, our fabric library, and the place where so many beautiful things were made.

But we need to be somewhere easier for clients to find us.
So we are moving Kearsley to a new location, and before we do, nearly everything in our moving sale is 50% off as we work to move as little inventory as possible.
What you see in this video is real life at Kearsley:
Italian fabrics arriving at the atelier, custom sheets being cut, clients calling with special requests, and our team figuring out what beautiful things we can create from the fabrics we have in house.
If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for online, please call or email us. We may still be able to create it for you as part of the sale.
Luxury should be personal. Thoughtful. Made to last.

This is simply the next chapter.

Here’s a clean, elevated caption that keeps the tone where it belongs:

Pacific Heights, now available.

A rare opportunity to take this collection home immediately.
One complete King set is available in the sale, with a custom bottom fitted sheet made to your specification, California King or Eastern King, and ready to ship within three days.

Also available: two contrasting pillows in optical white with Dream.

Dream is exactly that, a nuanced, luminous tone that never quite translates on screen, but in person it is quietly extraordinary.

All pieces are one of a kind or limited.
Available now through the moving sale. Link in bio.

Welcome to the Kearsley Atelier in Sonoma.

As we prepare for our move, I’ve released a few pieces from my private collection, including this extraordinary pair of silk and velvet drapery panels from Paris, circa 1880.

They were created for a full home installation, but like most silk textiles, much of it did not survive over time.

These did.

They were installed in a library, where the interior curtains were kept closed to protect books from light. Because of that, the silk was never exposed to direct sunlight, preserving them for generations.

They retain their original construction, including trim and lining, and while they would benefit from careful restoration, their beauty and structure remain remarkable.

One pair has already been placed with a collector.
This is one of the final surviving sets.

We’ve also preserved a small portion of the textile as pillows, allowing part of the original to live on in another way.

If these speak to you, this is the moment.

Let me show you why this matters.

This is a signed, hand-painted batik textile by Barbara Beckmann.
Created on ivory wool challis and outlined in gold, it carries a depth and presence that is difficult to capture in photos.

Barbara Beckmann’s work shaped interiors around the world, from the White House to private homes, yachts, and embassies.
Since her passing, no new pieces will ever be created. What remains is limited, and becoming increasingly rare.

As we prepare for our move, this piece is now available.
If it speaks to you, we would love to help you place it.
Call, email, or purchase directly online.
