Using the latest 3D BIM software we design and draft the Construction Documents for submittal to the local Building Department that meets all City, County and State Codes and regulations. Also, we work in tandem with all consultants to achieve a design that meets your vision. We can refer you to local consultants (General Contractor, Structural and Civil Engineers, Landscape Architect, Interior Designer) if need be. Construction Documents
Construction Documents generally include: Site Plan, Floor Plan, Exterior Elevations, Window/ Door Schedules, Roof and Drainage Plan, Window and Door Details, Building Sections, Architectural Details and, Electrical/ Mechanical Plan. Final Design Review

Final design Review consultation to insure satisfaction with design and make any changes if need be. Permitting

If desired we do foot-work involved in permitting process. Construction

Throughout the building process we assist in any communication and issues that arise during building phase.
