The old balcony was made from wooden panels and wooden trim. We replaced it with metal panels and PVC trim with metal caps. This hotel balcony will not see water intrusion for decades!

We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a long-term career- not just collect a paycheck.

💵 Pay & Advancement
✅ $15/hr during training
✅ $18.50/hr after training (4 wks)
✅ $19.50/hr after successful evaluation (90 days)
✅ $25–$28/hr leadership opportunities

Experienced Applicants
Our training pay structure is designed for individuals who need time to learn our systems and demonstrate their abilities.
If you already possess the skills, experience, and leadership ability required for a higher-level position, you will not be expected to spend unnecessary time in the training pay progression.
We evaluate every applicant based on demonstrated skill, productivity, craftsmanship, attitude, and reliability—not simply time served.

Applicants with proven construction experience may be offered a higher starting wage or advanced position based on their qualifications and hands-on evaluation.
