First of all, Edwin is a kind, hard-working and honest man! And Shelly keeps it running smoothly and very professionally;! Having the team working for you is the best, with Edwin arriving on time always and prepared to accommodate your needs: but it goes beyond all that you are expecting and Edwin has a smile on his face, which is friendly and brightens your work day --he is patient too, if you have to move your car, or something like that!
Even tho I haven't met Shelly yet, the friendliness shines bright over the phone and texting as well! That's the key thing, they communicate with each other and with the client, which makes the show run Soooo smoothly, plus I never have to wait very long for my appts, maybe 3 days tops!
I'm introducing them to others, like my adult kids, bc they are extremely wonderful people: just exactly who you want to come to your house and help you- Edwin makes you remember the days where people didn't have to rip you off to feel like they were making a living-- you can trust them not to do that! Amazing!
