New customer with big problems! Not gonna put any dirt out there but said customer had two other individuals work on his skid steer, supposedly throw lots of parts at it , and then ghosted his phone calls for several weeks! We were recommended for the job and I pray that the Lord will provide us with the knowledge to get this individual back running. So far everything that was done previously was wrong and due to the use of starting fluid the customer now has a thrashed cylinder head. We are awaiting parts and hopefully we will be returning this unit back to service soon!

Busy couple of weeks, Thank you Lord! I pray that we can continue to provide quality service for our area.
We are in the middle of a final drive replacement and a HST flex coupling replacement. Also we had a couple of A/C repairs and with the heat its always nice to make sure everything is working properly!

Gotta keep them chickens 🐔 alive during these hard times. Customer stated his emergency generator would not cycle. During initial inspection some wiring jumped out but I was informed of a recent service performed by another company that sent me down the wrong rabbit trail to begin with. Good news was that it wasn't totally waste because we replaced the seals on the fuel lines which were well past due changing. Once I killed that rabbit I jumped back to my original trail which lead to the cause. It ended up being another loose connection at the speed controller. Just for good measure a shady splice that had been made ages ago in the timing probe harness was repaired with a water tight deutsch connector. The unit was then put through her paces to verify proper cycling and load carrying!

This was a first in my experience around Komatsu. The customer called and requested that I remove his engine due to it slinging a rod out the side of the block. I have seen this with several other brands but like I said this was new for me to see in the smaller Komatsu engines. Nevertheless we got the powertrain package removed and are on standby until a engine can be located.

A recent job for a long time customer, which was having intermentient electrical issues. It was obvious that in order to truly find the issue this ole girl needed a bath first. I removed most of the guards and covered the critical components and gave her a complementary cleaning. The issue ended up being poor connections, so new terminals were installed at both batteries and all ground connections were removed, cleaned, and checked for high resistance. Afterwards ET was connected to run calibrations and check/install flash files.
