Responsibilities include:
Installation and service of security systems
Installation and service of fire alarm systems
Troubleshooting and inspections
Access control and CCTV systems
Communicating with inspectors and customers professionally

Qualifications:
Experience with commercial fire alarm systems
Knowledge of NFPA 72
Clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills
Professional attitude and team mindset

Community Update

Phone providers are currently digging and working on underground lines. In some cases, this can disrupt fire alarm and security systems that still communicate through landline phone service.

👉 The good news: Most of our community is now on cellular radio monitoring, so this will not affect you.

However, if you are unsure whether your system still relies on a phone line, please give us a call. We’ll confirm your setup and ensure your fire and security monitoring is not interrupted. 🔒🔥

Dear Customers,

As many of you are already aware Lumen, one of our third vendor national telecommunication providers, experienced a catastrophic flooding event in their Network Operations Center in the Philadelphia marketplace. This has resulted in certain carries to be impacted. They are working to replace damaged equipment with new systems and are working to restore services ASAP.
In the meantime, our monitoring station COPS has been in the process of migrating receiver lines impacting dealers to restore these services.

We understand that some of our Reliant Fire and Security customers are experiencing troubles with their alarm systems. Please be patient as our monitoring company is working diligently to resolve this.
