• Edges breaking down
• Standing water after rain
• Potholes starting to form

We’ve been a little quiet this winter… but behind the scenes, we’ve been getting ready for the season ahead.

And if we’re being honest—this winter was tough on asphalt.
Between snow plows, freeze/thaw cycles, and ice… a lot of parking lots took a hit.

This is what one winter can do.

The longer it’s left, the worse (and more expensive) it gets.
Asphalt plants will be opening soon, and schedules fill up quickly this time of year.

Now is the time to take a look and make a plan.

Nothing like fresh asphalt! 🚜 Phase 3 is all about laying and compacting for that smooth, clean finish. One step closer to the final product!

Phase 2 of our paving project is in the books! 🚧

After giving the lot a full sweep and cleanup, the crew put down tack coat — basically the “glue” that helps the new asphalt stick to the old surface. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes steps that makes all the difference in how long and how smooth your pavement lasts!

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our crew at Asphalt Restoration Services. This is hands-on outdoor work—you’ll be outside, working with your hands, and learning a valuable trade.

✅ No experience necessary—we will train you on the job.
✅ Must have your own reliable transportation.
✅ Must be ready to show up on time and put in an honest day’s work.

This is tough, physical work, but if you’re willing to work hard and do your part, we’ll take very good care of you.
