Looking for an experienced, energetic, hard working and reliable worker. The job consists mostly of pruning, weeding, light landscape work, flower installation, mulching, and general grounds maintenance of residential and commercial properties. Operating smaller gas powered equipment in an efficient and safe manner to complete a top of the line look to our properties.

Qualifications
* Candidates are preferred to have at least one-season of experience in a company setting, but we are open to training on a trial basis to see if you are the right fit for this position.

* Experience with all landscape/lawn maintenance tools, including zero turn mowers, push mowers, leaf blowers, chain saws, edgers, string trimmers, and all applicable hand tools

* Basic knowledge of lawn maintenance, and equipment related to.
* Reliable transportation
* Valid driver's license (if applying for diving position), valid ID.
* Prefer someone who can drive truck and trailer and work with a small crew daily.
* Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds.
* Ability to tolerate working in various weather conditions.
* Comfortable being on your feet 8 to 10 hours/day.
* Availability to work Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays.
* Ability to work 8 to 10 hour shifts ( overtime pay begins after 40 hours).
* Be able to take and perform directions from a higher authority.
