We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable receptionist/office assistant to act as our companys first point of contact for all incoming calls. In this position, you will be in charge of maintaining call logs, scheduling jobs for locksmiths, taking and dispersing messages to the appropriate person, among other jobs.
To excel in this position, all candidates should be able to multi-task in stressful conditions with little supervision. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the ideal candidate will also demonstrate superb organizational and interpersonal skills.

Primary Duties
Receive incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
Properly document all needed information concerning job.
Schedule jobs/Dispatch jobs to the appropriate locksmith
Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
Take messages and field them to the appropriate person/locksmith
Jobs typed up before end of day and sent to locksmiths for next day schedule
Enter into QuickBooks lockout calls for locksmiths unable to return to shop.
Run Credit Card charges over the phone when accountant is unavailable.
Monthly recordkeeping of air conditioning maintenance
Monthly recordkeeping of Fire Extinguisher checks
Monthly recordkeeping of emergency lighting checks
