The 32-acre project would replace the currently underutilized, vacant site with a dynamic regional shopping center complete with water features, a large open plaza, Wi-Fi, and community gathering areas. Our End-of-the-Year Christmas Event, Santa’s Workshop 🎄✨ welcomed nearly 3,000 community members and helped us share close to 1,000 toys with local families, creating a truly magical holiday experience. This celebration was made possible thanks to the generous support of our partners—Mothers Nutritional, Bimbo, Adrianna’s Insurance, Tampico, Lil’ Libros, Univision, and Kids Dental Group—who donated toys, food, books, treats, and resources for our community. We’re also grateful to our tenants, including Twisted by Wetzel’s and TenShoppe, for joining in and helping make the day even more special.

Nuestro evento navideño de fin de año, el Taller de Santa 🎄✨, recibió a casi 3000 miembros de la comunidad y nos permitió repartir cerca de 1000 juguetes entre familias locales, creando una experiencia navideña verdaderamente mágica.
