My crew knocked it out of the park with today’s fireplace install and my design. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a new construction home with something as cool, let alone a spec build under 2M 🙀 in a low inventory market.

Things are moving quickly, so stay tuned as we enter the finishing phase and leverage our in house stone countertop team to make this house look beyond words.

Lots of updates on our new build! From the foundation, to framing, to siding, and pouring the concrete slab with heated flooring in the basement, we are waiting on rough inspections and then moving onto drywall and finishes. Estimated delivery is summer 2025.
