Hello yes I invited Y'all
I figured I would like to share with y'all what I do in my spare time
So I'm the guy that does it all no other contractors needed most of the time if not I know a guy anyways send this out to your friends help a brother out

Definitely more cost-effective and a lot less weight
I also cleaned the chandelier while I was up there

Custom built in bookcases. FIreplace was retuckpointed then used grout coloring to make all one color also cover was repainted from brass to oil rubbed bronze.
I do this often with light fixtures.
Installed new 4" crown throughout room also windows where all done with custom stacked trim on heads, new sills
