Mike Vaudrin has been in the business for a decade, and with his passion for classic American muscle cars, and expertise in their transmissions, decided to take over for the previous retiring owner. Mike purchased the business in 2018, though the shop has been around for 30 years. We are only one of a few shops specializing in classic manual transmissions left in the US and are dedicated to impecc

able quality and detailed work for customers around the world. Here, we only do the highest quality concourse work, using only the highest of quality parts, no Asian gears are used-ever. We have been told that the quality, service and workmanship is actually even better now here at Mikey V's. We take a lot of pride in the fact that we have never had a job come back!

All basic restorations are $1095 and get: torn apart, thoroughly inspected and cleaned and sandblasted, new small parts kit, bearings, seals, synchros, snap rings, gaskets, numbers matching aluminum is vibratory finished, cast iron is painted with cast iron paint (3 coats), and is warrantied. We also use the highest quality parts, never any Asian gears.
