Andersen Asphalt is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual who is willing to work in the asphalt maintenance industry. We focus primarily on servicing residential subdivisions, city streets, trails, and parking lots. We offer competitive pay, weekly goal focused incentives and various bonuses based on work ethic.

Responsibilities
-maintain safe work environment
-maintain equipment
-surface prep areas being treated
-Sweeping surfaces, blowing off surfaces, pressure washing, etc.
-willing to take on leadership roles

Qualifications
-ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, attention to detail, etc.)
-willing to work overtime when needed
-willing to learn and work hard
-ability to pass a drug screen
-clean and organized
-safety minded
-great attention to detail
-team player
-must be dependable
-must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $26.00 /hour depending on experience.

-operate various crack seal equipment
-willing to take on leadership roles

Qualifications
-ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, heavy lifting, etc.)
-must be able to lift 50+ pounds
-willing to work overtime when needed
-willing to learn and work hard
-have a drivers license with clean driving record
-ability to pass a drug screen
-clean and organized
-safety minded
-great attention to detail
-team player
-must be dependable
-must have reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time

Preferred but not required:
-class A CDL
-experience with asphalt preservation
-understanding of materials that are applied and appropriate application techniques
-understanding of proper equipment operation

Salary: $17.00 to $30.00 /hour depending on experience.
