This kind of heat doesn't come easy 🔥🔥🔥 ... neither does convincing your client to break away from the norm. I can't even imagine this room with a boring, expected, common white ceiling! I told her if she didn't like it, paint and labor to make it humbug basic white was on me. When her husband saw it, he said "I don't usually say things like this, but I love and she better adjust if she doesn't!" 🤣😂🤣

Floating shelf system!!!! She knew she wanted the large one for her laptop and work items, but she was undecided on the other shelvinf. So, she decided to add 1 floating shelf across the space and a corner shelf where I mounted a wireless charger to charge her phones. 🥵 I think her husband is trying to commandeer her desk! 😂😂😂

😳😳😳 Do you know how many shades of white there are??? They all look "white" until you put them next to a purer "white". I'm telling you now, the paint industry is on the master scheme. These rooms are THREE different whites! Walls are Navajo, trim is pure and all the built-in pieces are cocoa 😫

The floors are exquisite for 78 years old. They were sanded bare, stained "antique brown" and finished with 3 coats of commercial grade water-based urethane in a semi-gloss sheen!

All the floors ran into one another and had to be sanded together for the optimum results, so they paid the extra cost to have their lives packed into those Pods and sat in the driveway for a week for paint and floor refinishing. Do you think it was worth it? 😍❤🥵

This color is soooooo refreshing against these hardwood floors! After wall repairs, nail hole filling, caulking and what felt like a month of prep work, 2 coats of paint on everything! The walls and ceilings look brand new. You can't even tell where the electrician went into the ceilings to install new LED recessed lights!

Most of the room's floors were different colors, now the look is more cohesive because they're all done in natural. Looks like polyurethane but its 1 coat of hand rubbed sealer and 3 coats of non-yellowing water-based urethane!

😍🥵 I'm not sure if it's appropriate to call a floor sexy, but I've been wrong before ... THIS IS SEXY!!! We got called in to install some flooring on a newly constructed house and we had to work with a decorator. Select and better red oak stained a custom color (it's not a true black and the grain is very visible) with several coats of water based non-yellowing semi-gloss! When you're ready to do your floors, look no further than us!

Well, this is home for the next few days! Installing 2,000 square feet of 4" select red oak. It may be October before we're back to sand and finish it. They are putting in the highest of upscale moldings, trim and painting! We spent the day yesterday installing part of a very large room so that other trades could resume work. I think my back and knees hurt already!
