My name is Ryan Elkins. I own and operate SPI Causeway Home Services on beautiful South Padre Island. Our small company provides professional home repairs, home maintenance, new product installation, and assembly services.
My family and I moved to the area in the fall of 2023 to be closer to aging family. I quickly recognized the need for quality repairs and installations. SPI Causeway Home Services is registered with the state and county, insured, and we guarantee the work performed. Your home deserves the special care we offer to each customer.
I have spent more than 25 years installing, maintaining, and servicing consumer products and industrial production equipment. Along with that technical expertise, we also extend to you excellent customer service. We handle a variety of tasks in and around the home. But, if we are unable to serve you properly, we will give an honest attempt to help you find the provider that fits your needs. Here are a few services we currently offer:
Repair the drywall/texture/prime/paint while keeping dust and mess to a minimum
Mount the television/hide the wires/hang your heavy artwork/mount floating shelves/hang your new blinds or window coverings
Install your smart home devices and teach you how to use them
Assemble the furniture, cabinets, or gym equipment
Clean your gutters, windows and dryer vent
Pressure washing driveways, sidewalks, decks and fences
Interior and exterior painting
Adjust, repair, replace interior or exterior doors (including closet and barn)
Repair or installation of most major appliances
Repair or replace window screens
Fascia and soffit repair
Remove and apply new caulking to unsightly tubs and showers
