Jess C. Lakos brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in electrical, data, facility, and property improvement work to Lakos Enterprises, LLC. A Licensed Electrician and Data Technician I, Jess spent more than three decades with the same industrial electrical contractor, earning a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and leadership.

Throughout his career, Jess served as an Electrical Foreman, Project Manager, and Facility Lead, including long-term onsite leadership for major clients such as Comerica Bank across Michigan and multiple states nationwide. He supervised crews, managed projects, maintained facilities, and ensured work was completed safely, efficiently, and to code.

In addition to his professional electrical background, Jess has extensive real-world experience in home improvement and property maintenance, including:
