Your roof may look good from the ground, you might think a little drip isn't such a major problem. in reality, it just might be a lot worse than you think! We just tore off this decent looking standing seam roof to discover almost totally black mold crumbles for plywood and saturated mouse infested insulation. It wouldn't have been long before needing all new rafters, this was caught just in time! We installed all new rock wool insulation, 5/8 plywood, and will be getting new 24 gauge standing seam. Another winter rain day project we just completed, turned this stuffy old house into a beautiful open concept with a new bathroom. New tile floor, post and beams instead of walls, new insulation, drywall, and some white paint. We tried to keep it rustic while offering new style! Another very happy customer 😁
