I started designing house plans at a very young age. At that time, most of them featured indoor basketball courts and swimming pools that most kids dreamed about. As I got older, it became more clear what area I wanted my career to be in. I took many drafting courses through out high school to further my knowledge in the field. After meeting my wife and deciding not to go into architecture, I took
more drafting classes at a local college. That led me to a job opportunity where I have spent the last 5 years designing engineered floor systems for residential and commercial applications. After seeing plan after plan with incorrect information, little to no dimensions and no attention to the structural elements of a house, I decided to start designing on my own. I have drawn several houses over the last couple of years, and pride myself in providing a high quality set of plans with close attention to detail in areas that many architects and designers do not think about.
