Professional plans for new homes, additions, remodeling, and renovations.
Comparable to a set of plans from a registered architect, only much less money. I have over 40 years of experience in design and building.
You will receive floor plans, elevations, framing cross sections, and window and door schedules. Everything you will need for submitting permits, and to begin construction.
Standard set of plans including all the above, starting at $100.00 per sheet, or .70 cents per square foot for larger work. You may need up to 8 or more drawings per set.
