Sometimes, moving a staircase makes a home work better. Here's Chuck opening up the floor at one of our projects for new stairs to the basement, which will provide space on the main level for a new first floor laundry room and a full primary bedroom suite with walk-in closet and full bathroom.

We added new wood floors, new lighting, bold paint, and built a custom oak wall unit stained in ebony with a dark quartz countertop.

"I LOVE this room now." she said.
