Most people put off a leaking toilet because they figure it’s a big repair. Usually it isn’t.

This one in Southfield was leaking at the base. We pulled it, cleaned the old wax off the fl**ge, set a new upgraded seal with new bolts, and reset it. Tested — no leaks.

What makes it worth doing now: a slow leak at the base works into the subfloor while you wait. Catch it early and it’s a quick reseal. Let it go and it’s a floor.

This repair didn’t cost a fortune — but it would’ve cost less if it’d been caught sooner.

A leak in this Metro Detroit home ran long enough that the insulation soaked through and the drywall came down. We cleared it out, fixed the framing, put in new drywall, and painted it back. Fair price, solid work, done.

This Taylor laundry room had water damage that had been sitting long enough to take out the entire floor. Old tile completely failed — had to come out down to the slab before anything new could go in.

We demoed everything, prepped the slab, and installed new dark slate tile throughout. Clean, solid, done right.

This deck looked rough on the surface — peeling paint, boards that had seen better days. Once we got into it, we found rotted bench supports that had deteriorated completely underneath.

We replaced the damaged boards, rebuilt the bench framing, and refinished the entire deck. Solid structure, clean finish, ready for the summer.
