NOW HIRING! Groundsman – Tree Service Crew
About Us
South Hill Tree LLC provides professional tree care and removal services for residential and commercial properties throughout Thurston, Pierce, and King County. We’re looking for a dedicated, hardworking Groundsman to join our crew.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with setup and cleanup of tree removal and trimming sites
• Handle tools, equipment, and small machinery (e.g., wood chipper, chainsaw)
• Support crew members during daily tree service operations
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous tree service experience preferred but not required
Job Details
• Full-time position
• Steady year-round work 🌲
• Monday–Friday schedule (occasional Saturdays)
• Shop location: Spanaway
• Shop arrival: 7am sharp
• Pay starting at $22/hour, higher pay available based on paid working interview.
