This is how I do my garlic.
These were Aldi garlic that started growing right after I brought them home so we figured let's plant them. Recycled muffin box was used as an green house. Paper towel in each cup to hold water. Just keep adding water. This works the easiest for us.

Its windy, cool and stormy today. seems to be very attached to my shoes, ugh. Grumpy B***y and her have bonded which Im thrilled over. She also cuddles with Miss Jolene the cow and guards the chickens now.

This is Pheven. This is a good example why people who breed should cull lines and not resale. He will go to freezer camp. He came from someone who bought eggs from a group who supply a big hatchery in my area. Its sad that people expect quality and pay for it not knowing bird genetics are not clean. (Does explain the complaints about the hatchery quality tho)

We had a coyote take my hen so Tom's will be hitting the freezer this weekend. I have a rabbit that got free 5 months ago still causing havoc. Lots of cute little visitor prints all around. Snow will be gone by next weekend, biter sweet. Love the look but hate walking in it to do chores.

This weekend was a normal winter weekend. Nothing news worthy. Its beautiful but cold. Our washer froze so we have to work on that because low double digits are here longer then we have clean clothes haha.

Its been a warm winter but the cold is finally here. Few storms coming. I am thankful we dont have horrible winters.
