Thanksgiving brings families together, and boy, we had a crowd. Roger and I worked several weekends building up to the day working on this deck project for his mom to host our family. My Fancy girl got to go with us to work those days and she sure loved going to Nana’s house!

This client had water issues under her deck so after we fixed the drainage issues and replaced a few boards and stairs, we also installed exterior vents to allow air flow to help reduce the moisture level under the deck also. We think it turned out very nice looking!

Today we fixed the ridge cap on a river house in Piney Creek after Hurricane Helene ripped the old one off! It was way high up and we had to borrow a tall enough ladder but Roger got the job done!

We just installed new gutters with gutter guard to keep the leaves out on this sweet river house in Piney Creek and we put gutter guard on the rest of the house’s existing gutters, too. There were some repairs that needed attention with the existing gutter system that we were able to iron out as well.

Yesterday we removed the gutter, replaced water damaged fascia boards and rehung the gutter where the drip edge is now properly hooked in and won’t allow water to the fascia and cleaned the gutter inside and out.

Everyday we’re hustling! Just picked up an order for a Piney Creek job to install new gutters and adjust existing gutters on a river house. We are also installing Leafguard to prevent any blockages in the gutters or downspouts since they’re surrounded by beautiful foliage!

This client has had her roof leak for yearssss and had several repairs of gooey silicone added to try to prevent the leaks but obviously that wasn’t the right way to fix the problem.
We tore out the old, sealed the bricks and reinstalled proper counter flashing and flashing to seal up this chimney and prevent any further leaks.
