Thinking about selling your home? A little freshing up before listing it on the market could make a world of difference in the sale! For these customers they decided to replace the decking boards on the front ramp and redo the paint on the front porch!
As for the back deck! We gave it a whole new make over! Using what we could on the frame from the previous deck they had and going up fresh with everything else! Spiced it up a little by adding the metal railing in and framing in an access door on the bottom side that gave this back deck an amazing outcome!!
Take it inside to the kitchen we removed all facings from the cabinets and drawers sanded them down slapped some stain on em and sprayed some poly over the top and back to new they were!

Happy Thursday to all of you Lovely folks! We have been so wrapped up with new projects from each of you we have neglected our page from updates on all the fun and yet some challenging jobs we have been taking on. The leaves are changing and the temperature is starting to drop!
