Freezing temperatures have kept us on out toes the past week , busted water lines, frozen sewer lines , hot water heaters going out , Furnace going out , frozen water lines , we have had our hands full , I’m happy the temperature is rising. And happy to have great people to work with.

New unfinished cabinets , I picked a dark stain for these, all the walls are white , and there is a lot of natural trim in the house that we have saved.
Only fitting the cabinets match.

Improvise
The hole was cut to big ,
No materials on site
So I cut the paint bucket lid
And sealed it from the back.

30 day project. Great job everyone . I forgot some of my before pictures 😆
What your looking at …
We put the siding on the little shed.
The whole exterior of the house and Deck was pressure washed, repaired and stained
The exterior doors and shutters were painted.
Throughout the house, holes and repairs were made. Trim and doors were replaced. Everything painted ceilings walls doors and those shutters in the sun room.
Windows replaced with new glass.
New carpet in 2 rooms.
Light fixtures repair, replaced, and cleaned ugh…
New fire alarms installed.
New faucets, toilet seats 😝,
Nasty of the most disgusting showers cleaned,
Same with the sinks.
Vanity’s repaired and cleaned
Removal of beds and personal items left behind.
Washing and cleaning of every inch of the home.
I’m sure there is so much more. But this is what we do..

Before and afters 🤪🥰
With the help of several people This room has come together.
Steven Combs and his crew put the ceilings back for me .
Robbie and I took out the back window. To give more wall
Space. Plan to replace all the windows in the home still.
Lots of cleaning and painting.
Help from Nora, Charlie as well
New light fixtures, some heat as well we used baseboard heating in this home . No room to put hv/ac in here.
The heater can be purchased at any hardware store and thermostat are sold separately. one 6’ unit runs about 115$
This house is already Rented.
