I dropped in The Barn Nursery 🌿 in Chattanooga, TN this week. The fall flowers are out and continuing to come in! Grab the flowers while they’re available. 🧡 Pumpkins are arriving soon! Who has crispy flowers? 🍂 Great News! It’s time for a Barn Nursery run for fall flowers! Im headed to Chattanooga, TN tonight to stock up plus I’ll be grabbing all my fall pumpkins there as well!

A unique set of circumstances led me to an opportunity to create my own line of Hey Honeysuckle purses! I said “yes!” The purses have been designed and are being created right now as we speak! (Or interact 🤭) I just have to choose the floral fabric I want to line the purses. I’m so grateful for your help!

She’s pretty but she comes with a warning 👇👇👇

🌸 I plant multiple little 4” pots of lantana every spring and by fall they are large and full of blooms and covered in pollinators.

🌸 Once I plant her, I pretty much neglect her and yet, expect grandness from her. She rarely disappoints.

🌸 The more sun she gets, the hotter and drier it is, the better she performs.

🌸 The blooms can be pink or yellow or lilac or orange or…on and on.

🌸 Some varieties create a mound of flowers. Others trail.

🌸 She grows in most any zone but is an annual everywhere except zones 8-11. There are certain varieties that can handle the cold of zone 7…usually.

⚠️ But here’s the catch, she can be invasive. If you’re in zones 9-11, you probably know this. I have people from Australia who message in every year talking about lantana as a noxious w**d, all the while, she behaves like an angel in my garden, sadly saying goodbye each fall after the first good frost. The next spring, I invite her again.

So what is your take on lantana? What color do you prefer?
