When another contractor claims they can do it cheaper!!!! The installation of heat tape was done, but insulation was neglected and the outlet was left exposed, allowing water to enter and trip it, resulting in no heat. Moreover, the cover box was not installed or sealed properly, allowing cold drafts to enter and causing it to freeze and burst. Ole Manning will ensure he gets it back up and running properly.
