Brandan is getting stronger every day. Therapy 2xs a week.

Healing isn’t fast, but it is happening. Thank you for giving us the time we need to recover well. We are working on shaping the ends of the fingers/nubs to eventually fit a prosthetic, since all stitches were removed yesterday. (Sweet relief) Sensory and mobility movements are the focus in therapy right now. Thank you for standing by our small business, projects are still moving along as the crew is hard at work.

Hand surgery went well today! He needs some time to heal and recover, but the business is still running smoothly thanks to the Dirty Deeds crew. Brandan will be up and at it again before we know it. Thank you so much for your patience, support, and kindness while Brandan recovers.

Brandan update.

His hand is healing nicely. Surgery is set for Friday morning , Nov. 14, to seperate his thumb from his original finger flap surgery, to remove stitches, and some possible nerve repair. He cut his thumb tendon and sliced a good portion of bone off his thumb so the goal is to save the length. We are hoping for healthy blood flow and no dieing back for his thumb. Thank you everyone for reaching out and checking on us during this trying time.

We are home as of yesterday evening. Last night, sleep was tolerable. His pain is at an 8. He is determined not to miss Jaxon’s(our son’s) football game today. It’s a home game, so I think it’s definitely doable if he is medicated well. Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart for reaching out, we are overwhelmed with positivity from you all and it is such a blessing. All the messages make him feel so loved! 🥰

He doesnt need both hands to build a legacy. He is alive and doing well. We have a new friend with us, SpongeBob. The plan is to go home today. He lost a few fingers, if you look closely at his right hand, they marked where his fingers were cut for the most part. He has the idea that maybe he could get a robotic hand sleeve made for him! If you have any leads on that, we are interested in researching more about that. We have a long road ahead of us in recovery. Keep those prayers coming for mental and physical strength. Thanks everyone, we love you all - B&S
