Lakeside Living! We finished this Candlewood Lake property in 2020 and not only created a safer way to reach the boat slip, but also built in a custom patio and firepit within the tiered retaining walls perfect for roasting marshmallows with the grand kids! With over 50 tons of stone slabs, this property is a showplace on the lake. Deer resistant plant material help soften the hard edges and tons of river rock give this project a natural lake feel. Additionally, we built a screened in porch below the existing deck that includes an under deck roofing system which will allow using it even while it rains. All this is joined together by meandering pathways created by re-purposing the existing stepping stones we saved during demo making this truly a one of a kind custom project!

We are proud to share this Delaware landscape and deck renovation project which includes a 550+ sq. ft. multi level deck, 180 sq ft paver patio, natural stone work, fire pit, low voltage lighting and landscaping. We used over 22 tons of natural stone to create this incredible outdoor living space.
