Camp at the Lake | Montclair YMCA
Progress is underway on the new Lodge at Camp at the Lake for the Montclair YMCA. As the future heart of the camp, the Lodge is being designed to connect indoor and outdoor program spaces while supporting camp life with a teaching kitchen and nurse’s office.

This building is part of a broader master plan for the campus, where HQW Architects is also designing the new Performing Arts Center, Bathhouses, and Environmental Pavilion. It is exciting to see this vision begin to take shape through construction.

More to come as the camp’s next chapter is built.

We’re pleased to announce that Karen Pan has joined HQW Architects as an Architectural Designer. She graduated from Marywood University and has joined the team full time this past December.

In her free time, Karen enjoys playing basketball, video games, and watching the NBA, especially her favorite team, the Golden State Warriors.
We’re excited to welcome Karen and can’t wait to see the impact she’ll make as part of our team.
