Homeowners in Spencer were left with a significant hole and mess after a septic tank pumping company pulled up their patio to access the tank. The company recommended installing a manhole cover for easier future access. However, a cast-iron industrial manhole cover is not exactly an aesthetically pleasing patio feature. 😵‍💫

The homeowners contacted us seeking an alternative solution. We helped solve the problem with a hidden access cover seamlessly integrated into the pavers. 🙌

It’s always best to get to the “root” of the problem (pun intended)…

Last week we did a front yard foundation planting in Brookfield between the customer's house and the paver walkway we installed last year. The customer had originally called us in 2024 to inquire about setting up an ongoing lawn mowing service. She had just purchased the house and was struggling to mow her lawn as the mower kept getting jammed on stumps, rocks, and roots. She ran the risk of rolling her ankle on the many holes in the lawn. While we don’t provide lawn mowing, we do help customers solve problems, and so fixing the lawn for her, the root of the problem, did just that. We removed all of the problematic issues, graded the lawn, and hydroseeded. With a new walkway and now a landscaped bed, the customer is thrilled!
