Position - Concrete Foreman – Finish & Decorative Concrete
We are a small, family-owned concrete company looking for a reliable, experienced Concrete Foreman to lead crews and deliver high-quality work for our residential and light commercial customers. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, treats customers with respect, and shows up ready to lead every day.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage concrete crews on job sites
-Perform and oversee finish work including flatwork, steps, curbs, and slabs
-Execute decorative concrete work (stamped, colored, exposed aggregate, etc.)
-Ensure jobs are completed on time, safely, and to high quality standards
-Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns respectfully
-Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
-Read plans, manage pour schedules, and coordinate materials
-Set the standard for work ethic, accountability, and teamwork
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or Lead Finisher
-Strong background in finish work and decorative concrete
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance (this is non-negotiable)
-Ability to lead by example and hold crew members accountable
-Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
-Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
-Ability to work physically demanding hours outdoors
-Valid driver’s license required
