A big shout out to our technicians Cain Dean and James! Working through incoming payments this morning, from our amazing customers, and received this heartfelt note shown below.

The other day, during their route, they were finishing up at a customer's house and nearby noticed that a woman was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire. They approached her to see if she was OK and learned that AAA said they could be there in a few hours, so Cain and James jumped in and changed the tire for her so she could get on her way. Her husband was out of town that week so she had no other help in that moment. Afterwards she found us on Facebook and mailed this sweet note.

Hi everyone I know it seems like the snow may never go away, but we have started up our fruit tree pruning. Also i am in need of people if you know anyone send them my way, a few things they must be 18 and have a valid driver's license with not a lot of activity on their driving abstract, and also they must have a clean background check because of the work I do out at Fairchild Air Force Base.
