I’m so happy with the framing of the hood. It’s exactly how I pictured it. It took a few trial and error templates to get the corbels just right, but in the end we got it. That’s how it goes with custom, always a little trial and error. Hopefully light on the error.

You know the saying it always gets worse before it gets better? I think we’re there. This image captures the least cluttered space in the whole house. But it’s ok, floors are just a few short days from being finished. I see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I’m so happy with our flooring. It’s the perfect color. I can’t wait to see this be installed. We’re so close!
