There's nothing more rewarding than being invited back into a client's home, not just once, but time and time again.

When a homeowner trusts us with multiple renovation projects, it speaks volumes. It tells us we're doing things the right way, showing up, communicating clearly, delivering quality work and standing behind every detail.

Integrity isn't something you can claim, it's something that's proven over time. And when clients continue to call us back for thier next kitchen, bathroom, addition, or full remodel, that trust means everything.

We're grateful for every homeowner who chooses us. We love building those relationships that has those homeowners choose us again and again. Their loyalty pushes our crew to keep raising the bar and take pride in every project we touch.

Here are some progress photos of a demo and drywall phase of one of our return clients' latest project, just a glimpse into the process behind the finished project. This project included demoing out the kitchen, removing dated popcorn ceiling, removal of old flooring.

Last week we were able to do another project with Mark Peterson and the Extreme Team KXLY. We did a one day wonder for Nelson the tortoise at the West Valley Outdoor Learning Center. We helped him get a bigger home.

Giving back to the community isn't something we see as optional, it's part of who we are at Band Construction.

At the end of the day, the work we do is about more than just projects, timelines and finished products- it's about people. It's about showing up, lending a hand, and using our skills to make a difference where it matters most.

Service work keeps us grounded. It reminds us that success isn't just measured by what we build, but by how we impact the lives around us.

Please enjoy this fly by video of the same project in Kendall Yards that Band Construction had the pleasure of doing. Please take note of some of the amazing details in this project. Our crew worked hard everyday to make this space beautiful with the help of many subs and an amazing designer. The design and vision came from the homeowners and Tammie Ladd Design, Heirloom Custom Cabinets, Inc. for all of the beautiful cabinetry you see throughout, Riveting Paint & Pearl came in and did some fine paint finishes, West Coast Tile brought amazing work for all tile work throughout. And we cannot leave out the other trades: Goldseal did plumbing, Phase Electric spent hundreds of hours updating a the lighting system, Evergreen Heating Cooling came in and did some HVAC work.

There is something pretty incredible about watching a project come full circle.

A year ago this Kendall Yards Condo was just a vision- plans on paper, ideas being tossed around, details being dialed in. Today it is a finished space that tells a story of collaboration, craftsmanship and a whole lot of moving parts coming together at just the right time.

As a general contractor, we get a front row seat to that transformation. But the truth is, it never happens alone. Above all else this is about our crew and the team behind the scenes that show up early and stay late. They problem solve on the fly and take real pride in what they build. They have unwavering dedication and a commitment to excellence. It takes an amazing designer Tammie Ladd Design with a clear vision, skilled subs who take pride in their craft. To include but not limited to Heirloom Custom Cabinets, Riveting Paint and Pearl, Evergreen Heating and Cooling, Phase Electric, Goldseal Plumbing, LUXE Surface Finishing. It takes a team that communicates, adapts and shows up every single day to make it happen.

Every trade, every detail, every decision matters. And when it finally all comes together it's more than just a finished project. It's a reflection of the people behind it.

Band Construction is so honored to have been selected for three awards for the BIAW 2024 Excellence in Remodeling Competition. I am so proud that Band Construction won in the following three categories:

Basements/ADU Under $125,000
Entire House $400,001-$600,000
Commercial $350,001-$750,000

"The annual Excellence in Remodeling Awards competition attracts
intense competition from across Washington, showcasing the top
remodeling and design work by members statewide.

This year, members from eight local homebuilders associations
statewide submitted 57 entries in 23 categories, including top
kitchens and baths, additions, outdoor living, and universal design.

Industry experts evaluated each project on aesthetics, unique design solutions, craftsmanship, materials, budget, and design challenges.

Each of these projects demonstrates the expertise, innovation, and
attention to detail required to win a 2024 Excellence in Remodeling
