Homeowners and inexperienced painters will often use the incorrect product for a given substrate. Metal doors for example. This customer chose a splash of color for both the garage and front door. I used a DTM (Direct To Metal) product which is specifically designed to adhere to metal for long term durability and color retention. Dan D Painting uses this product on all our metal doors

I was working on a nice home for an elderly couple. I discovered an unpainted, weathered, part of the house, above a roofline that they could not see but was visible from the street. When I showed them the pictures they were horrified by the condition. I quickly got to work, properly sanding, priming, caulking and painting with a top coat.....Here is the result

We had a customer in Colville request to paint his 40x40ft garage/shop. First we primed the OSB and topcoated it, both the walls and ceilings. The result was a nice, white space flooded with light!
My helper, Aaron, brought along his trusty, though thirsty companion who made for a lot of laughter and hi jinx on the job!!

We were asked to paint an ugly, bare, gray concrete wall at a Buddhist Abbey in Newport, WA. First we used a special concrete primer, then top-coated to match the rest of the Orange color stucco on the building

Every once in a while Ben and I get to work at a special location: A rustic, beautiful lakefront cabin on Priest lake.

Customer had an old green door and front landing/steps that needed some TLC. So we went with a light gray on the door and a forest green on the steps
