A lot has changed since the last time we shared this beach house project, and we’re excited to show the progress!

Since our previous update, we’ve made major strides—siding is going up and the roof is now complete. These are big milestones in the building process and really start to define the overall look and feel of the home.

With its incredible setting along the water, this project is quickly coming to life and it’s rewarding to see the vision start to take shape. Our team is continuing to make great progress, and we’re looking forward to sharing more updates as we move closer to completion.

Interior spaces designed to bring the outdoors in.

Inside this Modern Waterfront Residence, natural light, warm materials, and expansive views define the experience of the home. Exposed wood beams, skylights, and large window walls create a sense of openness while still maintaining the warmth and comfort that make a house feel like home.

The kitchen was designed as a central gathering space, featuring clean-lined cabinetry, natural finishes, and a layout that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. Just beyond, the living room opens directly toward the lake, allowing the surrounding landscape to become part of the interior experience.

Projects like this highlight what can happen when thoughtful architecture meets careful construction. Every detail, from the structural beam layout to the precision installation of the large window systems, required close coordination to bring the design to life.
