We have pictured here a mix of character and select grade white oak that we installed sanded and finished. We managed to do this in a 4 day period to help minimize any inconvenience such a project may cause. The results speak for themselves.

Do you ever wonder what's underneath? Underneath 50+ years of paint, dirt, various different finishes etc. This is just an example of some of the beauty that may be hiding right in your home!

This is a recent lead renovation where we were able to salvage the existing flooring. We were able to bring it back to its original glory! Its not easy and it can certainly be dangerous.

Lead is a hazardous material and you should make certain you or your contractor are certified before attempting. If you would just like to skip that all together feel free to give us a call. Certified in lead renovation and abatement our focus is quality, its a passion.

Happy to share this information. We have been accepted to work on this large project. Carey cottage, Portsmouth NH. With over 10,000sf of flooring to sand and finish. With repairs, new Installation and a whole lot of existing in less then great condition. We can't wait to share this journey with all of you. We will have a crew dedicated to this project for the next 2 months at least. Thanks to having another crew, we are still booking other projects! We have some limited time in September.
